Estimated Shipping Date

*ETA stands for Estimated Time of Arrival. The ETA is based on when we expect to have the product in our warehouse. Once we receive a product, we are usually able to get all orders shipped out within 3-5 business days in order we have recieved.

Unfortunately, we cannot predict the exact arrival date, but we will provide our best estimate. It is possible for some delays to an ETA to occur in the event of natural incidents like weather-related delays or customs inspections by the US government. Please keep this in mind especially when ordering holiday or seasonal related items. If placing an order through our Faire, please use our direct link as this can also help avoid delays for Faire orders. 

*For pre-orders, we cannot change the quantity, colors, or styles once the order is placed. Please ensure there are no issues with your order before placing it. 

Cancellations will not be accepted once production on that item has started and up to 3 weeks after the original posted ETA. If an item exceeds 3 weeks past our posted ETA, we will be more than happy to cancel orders.  We will do our best to meet your needs. If you place an order in error, please contact us immediately to cancel BEFORE production begins.

• All styles are open Sizing, 4-8 pc MOQ per color (Unless stated otherwise in description, Social Media posts, etc.)
• Please follow MAP guideline of AT LEAST a 2x markup

S H I P P I N G   P O L I C I E S

• In stock items are generally fulfilled within 3-5 business days in order we have received, although shipping times may vary due to various reasons. 
• Pre-Order items will have an ETA listed in the item description. The ETA is our best ESTIMATE of when items will arrive to OUR warehouse. ETAs may vary due to various reasons
• Once pre-order items arrive in our warehouse, we generally have all orders shipped out within 3-5 business days in order we have recieved.
• Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.
• All orders are shipped via FEDEX, USPS, or UPS
• An order may only be shipped to one location.
• We currently ship within the U.S. and Canada.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

1. Prior to approval as a wholesale customer you must first register on our website for a wholesale account.
2. Upon approval as a wholesale customer you will be able to preview wholesale pricing, shop for products, view inventory availability, and place orders directly from our website.  

O N L I N E  S A L E S

Wholesale accounts are available to brick-and-mortar retail shops, or online retailers with their own storefronts (websites).  Businesses are forbidden from selling JadyK merchandise on any other online retail outlet. JadyK merchandise may not be sold on Amazon, EBay, through Facebook Buy-In Groups or any other means.

Wholesale pricing is displayed when logged in and approved as a wholesaler. All prices are listed in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice but confirmed order pricing will be honored. (If you do not immediately see wholesale pricing after approval, please log out and log back in.)

R E T U R N S

No returns of wholesale orders will be accepted.

D A M A G E S  &  D E F E C T S 

• Please inspect all shipments immediately within 24 hours upon arrival. Contact us within within 24 hours of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. 
• Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. 
• Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 7 days after receipt.
• We are not responsible for any damaged goods after you have resold items to the end user.
