*ETA stands for Estimated Shipping Date. Unfortunately, we cannot predict the exact arrival date, but we will provide our best estimate. To avoid delays, except for natural incidents like weather-related delays or customs inspections by the US government, please ensure there are no issues with your order before placing it and placing it through our faire direct link. As resolving them may add extra days.

For pre-orders, we cannot change the quantity, colors, or styles once the order is placed. Cancellations will not be accepted before ETA or 3 weeks after the ETA. We will do our best to meet your needs.

• In stock items are generally fulfilled within 3 business days, although shipping times may vary due to various reasons. 
• Pre-Order items will have an ETA listed in the item description. The ETA is our best ESTIMATE of when items will arrive to OUR warehouse. ETAs may vary due to various reasons
• Once pre-order items arrive in our warehouse, we generally have all orders shipped out within 3 business days.
• Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.
• All orders are shipped via FEDEX, USPS, or UPS
• An order may only be shipped to one location.
• We currently ship within the U.S. and Canada.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

1. Prior to approval as a wholesale customer you must first register on our website for a wholesale account.
2. Upon approval as a wholesale customer you will be able to preview wholesale pricing, shop for products, view inventory availability, and place orders directly from our website.

No returns of wholesale orders will be accepted.

• Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Contact us within 5 business days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. 
• Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. 
• Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.
• We are not responsible for any damaged goods after you have resold items to the end user.
